At a parking garage in Hunan, China, one person attempted to grill a kebab skewer using the exhaust flames from a Lamborghini Aventador, but after a few revs, things didn’t turn out exactly as planned. Why? For starters, the LP700-4’s 6.5L V12 engine wasn’t warmed up, so the high temperatures from the high revs caused its cold expansion tank to rupture, spewing red coolant all around the surrounding pavement.
On the road, the supercar can hit a top speed of 217mph, but after this accident, we expect this one to be in the shop for a while. Some have commented on social media saying that this could be the most expensive kebab in history, as vehicles like this Lamborghini Aventador are heavily taxed in China and cost as much as $1-million USD.
