Lamborghini shocked the automotive world when it revealed the first Countach prototype at the Geneva Motor Show in 1971. The response to the Marcello Gandini-designed supercar was seismic, thanks to the sharp wedge-shaped bodywork with its impossibly low height, and show-stopping scissor doors.
