You’ve seen the Lamborghini Revuelto take on a Ferrari SF90 in a drag racing showdown, but what about the all-electric Tesla Model S Plaid? Brooks Weisblat of DragTimes wanted to find out, so he brought both vehicles to the track.
The Lamborghini Revuelto draws power from a naturally-aspirated 6.5L V12 engine, paired with three electric motors (two up front and one for the rear wheels), that generates a combined 1,001 hp and 749 lb-ft of torque, enabling it to hit 62 mph in 2.5 seconds. Many already know that the Tesla Model S Plaid boasts a tri-motor setup making 1,020 hp and 1,050 lb-ft of torque, helping it accelerate it from 0-60 mph in a mere 1.99 seconds.
