Antonio Monteiro from Richmond, Texas, USA now officially has the world’s largest video game collection, which consists of 20,139 games. The library of titles was so large that it took Guinness World Records eight days to count before he receiving his certificate. He started collecting as a child, and has more than 1,000 PlayStation 1 games, complete PS2 / PS3 collections for North America, over 900 PlayStation 4 games, every PS Vita game released to-date in North America, full Xbox / Xbox 360 collections for North America, every Neo Geo Pocket game released in North America, and lots more. Of course no large video game collection would be complete without a few oddities. One such example from Antonio’s collection would be the Max Basic Rifle Marksmanship Program, which was was released by Nintendo exclusively for US Military shooting practice and was never sold to the public.

“He also owns a complete collection of Nintendo 64DD games which were only released in Japan, a rare Sega Game Gear game called CJ the Elephant and a series of educational Sega Dreamcast games such as Timeless Math which, in Antonio’s words, meant ‘you’d be able to go into school and play games’,” according to Guinness World Records.
