LEGOLAND Parks partnered with Ferrari to debut a new “Build & Race” interactive attraction. In addition to a life-sized Ferrari F40 model built by brickmasters, guests will be placed in the driver’s seat as they make their way through the “garage” to the “racetrack” using their creativity and imagination to build, test and race their own LEGO Ferrari vehicle. This attraction will consist of three zones with a LEGO pit crewmember first greeting as they enter the garage before given the chance to see a life-sized Ferrari F40 model. Lastly, guests are taken to build their own LEGO Ferrari car to race at one of three racetracks. The car they build can be used in the test zone, steering test track and speed test track, each of which offers different obstacles, challenges as well as a chance to get fastest time. After racing their car, guests will be able to create a custom digital Ferrari race car, which can then be scanned and digitally projected on a LEGO racetrack based on Pista di Fiorano.
