Cancer survivor Adam Curlykale from Poland has become an internet sensation, and not in the conventional manner. He decided to tattoo his entire face, including his eyes, a graphite grey color, and dye his facial hair white, to create a film negative version of himself. Why? Because at 22, he was diagnosed with cancer of the large intestine, and treatment caused several skin conditions and a partial disappearance of the pigment in the skin. “People in his native Poland did not accept him, and Adam admits that he had problems accepting himself. Eventually, he became depressed, suffered from eating disorders and even contemplated suicide. Luckily, tattoos saved him,” reports Oddity Central.
