Someday, Mercedes-Benz may actually build a moon rover / vehicle, but as of now, it’s just a pipe dream. Carlex Design transformed an X-Class truck into a six-wheeled monster that could give the G63 6×6 (above video) a run for its money. “As with any six-wheeled conversion, the most significant alterations will be made at the rear. Carlex will stretch the pickup’s bed to ensure there’s room for an extra axle and two more wheels. A series of alterations will also be made to the shape of the pickup�s bed, including widened arches, a new tailgate, and the fitment of a small lip spoiler. Additionally, Carlex will fit sharp rails to both sides of the bed,” reports Car Scoops.
