
Mercedes-Benz is known for their luxury automobiles and supercars, but now, they teamed up with Lufthansa Technik – the aviation engineer group of parent Lufthansa – to create a luxurious private jet. Simply put, the design seamlessly blends the boundaries between ceiling, wall, and floor using a “spiral layout,” which melds the three design elements into a continuous, flowing feature. The interior uses “black panels” that float in front of the window to evoke the screen-design of a Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan, while “Magic Sky Technology” turns the “black panels” from dark to transparent in an instant.
