This isn’t the first Mercury Cougar-based Bugatti Veyron replica, but it’s definitely one of the nicest yet, and yes, the wing retracts just like its real-life counterpart. Unfortunately, the Cougar’s V6 engine is only capable of producing 170 hp, a far cry from the Veyron’s impressive 1,200 hp, and likely tops out at just 140 mph.
We have to admit, this person did a great job on the interior, as many of the pieces feature Bugatti branding, but one main difference you’ll notice is back seats, which an authentic Veyron does not have. Plus, you get a suede ceiling and dash, along with leather upholstery. A similar example recently commanded $125,000+ on Craigslist, but as you expected, it has not yet sold.
