The A80 Toyota Supra was produced from 1993-1998 for the US market and featured in ‘The Fast and the Furious’, alongside the Nissan R34 Skyline GT-R in future sequels, which made them both highly desirable vehicles to this day. Outside of movies, we rarely see these two battle it out in a traditional drag race, that is until Officially Gassed pit them against each other.
This particular 4th-generation Toyota Supra has been heavily modified including a rebuilt 2JZ engine with a single turbocharger that generates 850 hp. The Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 was also modified, but not as heavily, boasting a 2.6L RB26DETT twin-turbocharged engine generating 672 hp. As for us, we’ll gladly take this Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R Paul Walker tribute over the A80 Toyota Supra, especially for an Autobahn run in Germany.
