PlayStation VR PSVR Fracked Gameplay
Set for release this summer is Fracked, a cel-shaded first-person shooter for PlayStation VR. This made-for-VR action adventure game seamlessly combines fast paced, 1:1 run and cover gunplay with exciting free running, skiing as well as climbing. That’s right, there’s absolutely no on-rails gameplay or cinematic cutscenes, just 1:1 action driven by the player’s controls, movements, and actions. Combat is completely unconstrained too by combining free movement for outflanking foes with 1:1 grabbable cover and tactile weapon reloading. The levels throw players into the midst of imposing mountains, steep ski slopes, bottomless mine shafts, and even imposing corrugated steel factories. For those wondering, yes, there’s a shotgun, which is just one of the special weapons that will help you take on the various interdimensional enemies.

Everything you’ll see throughout the course of your Fracked mission can be visited, with your experience set on (and below) a singular mountain in the Alaskan wilds. In this extended gameplay trailer, we’ve given you just a taste of what’s to come, including a quick glimpse at the Blaster, a hulking brute you wouldn’t want to meet down a dark alley,” said Sony.
