It would probably look something like this concept video put out by NEOM, which aims to consolidate the city’s footprint to the bare minimum, while enhancing nature and quality of life.
Manhattan reimagined would leverage cutting-edge architecture and be engineered to house approximately the same population of New York City, with a footprint of just 34km2.
