SCG Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus Boot Buggy
James Glickenhaus, one of the world’s most famous Ferrari collectors, has unveiled the latest Scuderia Cameron Glickenhaus project, and it’s called the Boot Buggy. Inspired by Steve McQueen’s Baja Boot, this off-road vehicle is ready to tackle the Baja 1000 right from the factory. The road version is powered by a 460-horsepower LT1 powers and the race model boasts a 650-horsepower LT4, mated to a heavy duty transmission. To be more specific, the race model is powered by a GM-sourced LT4 V8 producing 650 horsepower. Both models will run a four-wheel independent suspension with a full 19 inches of travel, riding on 37-inch all-terrain tires. The optional Baja package, which makes the Boot Baja 1000 ready, increases suspension travel to 22 inches.

“After selling out of our 2019 Founders 2-door Boots in 2020 we will be releasing a wider footprint four-seat version of the Boot, which will include many creature comforts and performance options to allow clients to custom tailor their options,” said SCG in a press release.
