The Segway Ninebot KickScooter Air T15 may look normal at first, but it took the team over six years and nearly 12,500-hours to finish its design using the lightest and most durable materials. The body is made from aluminum-magnesium alloy that’s not just light, but also rugged, which means it’s splash-proof, corrosion-resistant and eco-friendly.
It can be folded in half with just a simple click, and a 6-axis sensor embedded in the dashboard detects that it is no longer in operation, so the power turns off automatically. The LED dashboard lets you monitor speed, battery life, ride modes, the Bluetooth connection, cruise control status, and error messages. Speaking of ride modes, there is a pedestrian, energy-saving, standard and sport, each with a preset speed limit of 3.7 mph (6 km/h), 6.2 mph (10 km/h), 9.3 mph (15 km/h), and 12.4 mph (20 km/h) respectively. You can pre-order one today for July 2020 delivery on their Kickstarter page.
