SpaceX Starship 6th Test Flight
The SpaceX Starship prototype successfully completed its 6th test flight on Monday after being launched from Starbase in South Texas at 17:00 ET. However, the first-stage booster, named Super Heavy, could not be landed back at the launch tower due to the launch triggering a commit criteria.

Super Heavy’s first stage shut down at approximately 152 seconds, and 7 seconds later, the Starship second stage made a hot-staging separation where the booster kept its engines firing while the latter was fired up. Starship then headed on a suborbital space trajectory, while the Super Heavy made a soft landing in the Gulf of Mexico. Around 47-minutes after launch, the Starship rocket reentered the atmosphere and safely landed after performing a flip to reposition its engines.
