
Think of this BMW 1200R by Ludovic Lazareth and his team as a “neo-retro scrambler”, or in other words, a fusion between a Scrambler and cafe racer. This revamped bike maintains the same engine and Paralever suspension at the rear, while the tubular chassis was upgraded and the stock Telelever front suspension replaced by Yamaha YZF-R6 sportbike forks, widened to accommodate the Continental Twinduro tires. “The French based customizers installed a brand new tubular chassis, front suspension from a Yamaha YZF-R6 sportbike, and to fit those meaty Continental Twinduro tires on there, the team also had to widen the 2 wheeler. The bike�s aesthetics have remained subtle and minimalistic, yet aggressive at the same time,” reports Hi Consumption.
