Tesla Cybertruck Crash Test Video
Elon Musk completed a full walkthrough of the Tesla Cybertruck production line at Giga Texas, and might have been present for this recent crash test. Most would assume that this crash test vehicle would meet its demise, but a lucky group of spectators (or employees) was there to witness the vehicle stop just short of the wall, demonstrating just how good its brakes are.

It does appear to crash at the end, although the clip was cut just short of the impact. Early Tesla Cybertruck production is set to kick off this summer, with a gradual ramp in the second half of next year, which means the company will not begin recording revenue until early 2024 for a full-quarter production of its new model. So far, hundreds of thousands of fans have placed a $100 deposit to reserve a Cybertruck, many of whom won’t get a production slot until late next year or early 2025.
