Sure, the iPhone 13 may be more technologically advanced, but “The Wendy’s Phone” is definitely more limited and will command a hefty premium for the 20 lucky fans who managed to snag one. It’s touted as the first branded Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) mobile phone and most certainly looks the part. This Android-based smartphone comes complete with its own branded OS skin and even a new digital assistant, aptly named Wendy. Simply say “Hey, Wendy” and you’ll be able to set alarms, get directions, or even ask her to tell you a joke.
No technical specifications were provided, but it does have your standard front / rear facing cameras, GPS navigation, and “ample battery life”. Since it’s unlocked, just insert your sim card with your active wireless plan and you’re good to go.
