Not just any concept, the TIE-X Fighter comes from the mind of Audi designer Jason Battersby. It’s supposed to be the Sith Lord Darth Vader’s secret advanced TIE fighter project, and comes equipped with dual cannons, an eerie red interior glow, and a large thruster accompanied by four smaller ones, out back. “Meant to be a squadron of super-elite fighters, these TIE-X ships are a lot like hypercars of space – but a lot more deadly and sinister. We just hope that, for future movies, Disney is smart enough to look to dedicated and talented Star Wars fans, like Mr. Battersby, for inspiratio,” reports Hi Consumption.
