Game publisher Dotemu teamed up with developer Tribute Games and Nickelodeon to announce a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge game for both PC as well as consoles. This side-scrolling arcade beat ’em up was directly inspired by classic TMNT games like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles In Time. It reunites Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello in a colorful pixel art world that invokes the turtles’ classic 1987 design. Bebop and Rocksteady also make appearances, amassing tools to support Krang and Shredder’s latest scheme. The turtles have to battle through a several iconic TMNT locations to thwart their nemeses’ most diabolical plan yet. Fortunately, they’re armed with new shell-shocking abilities built on a foundation of classic brawling mechanics, giving players an exhilarating, Foot Clan-stomping romp through sewers, the bustling boroughs of New York City and even Dimension X.
