Unity Game Engine Enemies Technology Demonstration
Unity has just released a new technology demonstration, called ‘Enemies’, that showcases the company’s capabilities for powering high-end visuals in 2022, including the latest improvements to its High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP), new high-end Adaptive Probe Volume lighting system, an all-new strand-based Hair solution, and their evolved Digital Human toolkit. This demo was made possible by Unity’s acquisitions of Ziva Dynamics and Weta Digital this past year. Read more for the video and additional information.

Want to create something similar to ‘Enemies’? Unity announced that the Digital Human 2.0 package will be released to the public within the next 2-months. However, one thing to note is that the technology demonstration also uses ray-traced reflections, along with NVIDIA’s Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS), which enables it to run at 4K with image quality comparable to native resolution.
