World's Largest Elephant Toothpaste Volcano NASA Mark Rober
Former NASA engineer is back at it again, and this time, he wanted to beat one of his previous records. That’s right, last year he built the world’s tallest elephant toothpaste volcano that managed to hit 60-feet in height, and now approximately 12-months later, a new one is ready to take that crown. Unlike its predecessor, this one has a concrete base holding down five-tons of “bomb proof” steel.

What is elephant toothpaste you ask? It’s essentially a potentially dangerous mixture of hydrogen peroxide, soap, and potassium iodide. What Mark Rober ended up with was an extremely bright green plume of elephant toothpaste that managed to shoot 250-feet (76.2 m) into the air, setting a new record, which has yet to be verified by Guinness World Records.
