There’s the Japan-exclusive ZTE Libero Flip, and then the Nubia Flip 5G, a budget-friendly foldable smartphone for the rest of the world. Featuring a 6.9″ foldable OLED (1,188 x 2790) screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a circular 1.43″ OLED (466 x 466) cover screen, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage, and a 4,310mAh battery.
Its dual-rail suspended hinge can reportedly withstand 200,000 folds, while the dual rear camera system consists of a 50MP main and 2MP depth sensors. Should you not want to use the 16MP front-facing camera for selfies, the 50MP rear sensor can be used in conjunction with the cover screen for some higher quality shots. There’s no word yet on availability, but the handset will retail at or around $599 USD.
