Its 3.0-liter BMW M TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder engine has been modified with new camshafts, ported heads, a heavy-duty fuel system, and most importantly, a 74mm Precision turbocharger running 49 pounds of boost.
The guys over at That Racing Channel kept the all-wheel drive system, but had Pure Drivetrain Solutions reinforce the factory eight-speed automatic transmission to handle all of the power. The axles and a carbon driveshaft have also been built up to handle the boost, while the rear differential is unmodified.
