Ferrari Purosangue SUV
The Ferrari Purosangue is the company’s first super SUV and it is set to compete against the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Aston Martin DBX as well as the Lamborghini Urus. Power comes from a naturally aspirated 6.5L V12 engine generating 715 hp and 528 lb-ft of torque, mated to an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.

All of this power in an AWD system means that it can accelerate from 0-62 mph in 3.3-seconds and hit a top speed of 193 mph. A Purosangue function you won’t find in any other Ferrari function is HDC (Hill Descent Control), which aids the driver in maintaining and controlling the car’s speed – shown on the dashboard – during steep descents. When HDC is activated, it automatically controls the braking system to ensure that the car’s speed does not exceed that set on the display, but can be manually overridden by using the accelerator pedal. There’s no word yet on availability, although pricing is expected to start from $400,000 USD. For another interesting vehicle, be sure to check out the Veloqx Fangio, a Ferrari F12-based supercar.

To enable the company to achieve the ambitious goals set for this project and create a car worthy of a place in its range, a completely different layout and innovative proportions compared to modern GT archetypes (so-called crossovers and SUVs) were adopted,” said Ferrari in a press release.
