The DJI FlyCart 30 (FC30) delivery drone has launched globally, and is designed for use in such scenarios as mountain / offfshore transportation and emergency rescue operations. It has IP55 weather protection that enables it to ooperate in temperatures ranging from -20° to 45° C and winds up to 27 mph.
FC30 boasts a coaxial four-axis, eight-blade, multi-rotor configuration with carbon fiber propellers that help it achieve a 45 mph maximum flight speed. The dual-battery configuration helps FC30 carry a 66-pound payload, while the emergency single-battery configuration increases payload capacity to 88-pounds over a distance of up to 5 miles. During flights, FC30’s dual active phased array radar and binocular vision systems enable all-weather multidirectional intelligent obstacle sensing, day or night. Available now directly from DJI, priced at $42,000 USD.
