Work is quickly progressing on the world’s first Tesla drive-in theater diner supercharger station in Hollywood. It will consist of two movie screens, 32 supercharging stations, and a full-service restaurant.
Matt Hartman of Shore Alone Films captured these construction photos this past week, and we can see the main building starting to take shape, but there’s no sighting yet of the massive screens that are set to go up. For now, the Harris Ranch Tesla Supercharger facility is still the largest in North America, with a total of 98 charging bays, which does not draw power from a small diesel plant that some claim to be hidden in plain sight. It’s reported to open later this year, but an official date has yet to be confirmed.
