Engineered Arts’ Ameca AI humanoid robot previews what random conversations will be like with their Q & A session. One question asked is if Ameca would be your friend, and the answer is an obvious yes. The robot further expands on that answer by saying that exploring a new city, such as Paris, would be a great idea.
Ameca’s behavior can be changed on the fly from anywhere, thanks to Tritium cloud technology, which is designed to work within a web browser from any internet-connected device. Best of all, Tritium works with just about any programming language and software, so you’ll be able to interact with Ameca without needing to learn any proprietary code. This allows it to sort through sensor data, encoders, motors, network traffic and physical conditions in real-time under all kinds of conditions.

A humanoid robot will always instill an image of what the future may hold. Ameca represents a perfect platform to explore how our machines can live with, collaborate, and enrich our lives in tomorrow’s sustainable communities. Ameca integrates both AI with AB (artificial body) for advanced, iterative technologies that deliver superior motion and gestures, all housed in a human form and robotic visage for a non-threatening, gender-neutral integration into an inclusive society,” said Morgan Roe, Director of Operations at Engineered Arts.
