Brick Technology built a cat-sized LEGO train designed to transport your pet around the house. In this case, it was made for the engineer’s two cats (Cookie and Muffin), both of whom can ride in the train, complete with 3D printed rails and wheels.
The train itself was built in segments, while the 3D-printer fabricated the parts necessary to join the cars. Why a 3D printer? Well, LEGO just doesn’t have the proper wheels and rails for smooth movement. So, the new carriages had to be designed like trams, the only type suitable for transporting cats, as the their weight helps with wheel-rail friction.

- The model train set can be set in motion with lever on top of the engine to make the train rock with the mesmerizing movement of a steam train
My cats riding the train was a combination of luck and gradually getting them used to it by rewarding them with their favorite snacks. Fortunately, they are curious and enjoy interacting with my crazy inventions,” said Brick Technology.
