Corridor Crew VFX Artist Giga Ball 20 Quadrillion Ants
Corridor Crew’s Wren is a VFX artist who wanted to try something out of the ordinary. So, he decided to visualize a giga ball made of 20 quadrillion ants, and discovered that it would have a diameter of 860-meters (2,821-feet). This means the ball would be taller than the tallest building on Earth, which is currently the Burj Khalifa.

However, if you laid out all 20 quadrillion ants flat, they would cover the area of Minnesota, which is the 12th largest state in the country. On the other hand, if all those ants were to be placed in a straight line, it would measure 90-billion kilometers. This means that line would stretch from here to the Sun and back approximately 300-times over. We have a feeling that this could be the plot of an upcoming science fiction movie in the near future.
