While it takes a skilled pilot to fly a drone through Tesla’s Gigafactory Berlin, the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise drones are designed to help companies transition toward drone platforms by offering enterprise-grade features needed for commercial operations. Available in Mavic 3E and Mavic 3T models, the former can be used for efficient mapping as well as surveying missions without the need for Ground Control Points, thanks to its 20MP wide-angle camera.
Aside from the 20MP wide-angle camera with 4/3 CMOS sensor (3.3μm pixels), it boasts an Intelligent Low-Light Mode, which provides significantly improved performance in dim conditions, while its powerful up-to-56x hybrid zoom camera has an equivalent focal length of 162mm for 12MP images. For aerial operations, you’ll want the Mavic 3T, which has a 48MP camera with a 1/2” CMOS sensor, as well as a thermal camera sporting a Display Field of View (DFOV) of 61°. Both models have Timesync and RTK capability, which when activated, allows users to achieve centimeter-level GCP-free mapping accuracy. Available now, priced at $3,299 USD and $4,999 respectively.
