After several shipping delays, the DJI Mic, a dual wireless microphone system, has officially launched. Why two audio transmitters? This enables users to simultaneously record high-fidelity audio while also serving as an independent recording device and as a backup soundtrack recorder. Thanks to its wireless earbud-like charging case, you not only get 5.5 hours of battery life from the transmitters alone and 5 hours from the receiver, but up to 15 hours total of recording time. Each transmitter weighs only 30g, which makes them extremely comfortable to wear as you record. The receiver boasts USB-C, Lightning, and 3.5mm TRS ports, making it compatible with most modern smartphones, cameras, and laptops.
