Artist Benedetto Bufalino took a normal Fiat Coupé and transformed it into a food cart of sorts that serves fries. The vehicle was sliced in half horizontally to make this possible and then fitted with several deep fryers. However, the top half was kept and lights were installed just to keep things illuminated at dusk.

By slicing the vehicle in two horizontally, Bufalino transformed the red Fiat coupé into a unique street food car. The vehicle loses its original function to become a sculptural art piece that acquires the role of a friterie, inviting the public to contemplate on the use of the car, while also enjoying a convivial food tasting on the street.
