An FPV drone followed pilot Eric Tucker in his Piper J3 Cub plane for a 9-minute short film called 26,000 Days. He’s a professional who is known to perform aerial stunts for his rodeo clown takes to the skies act, and this video proves it.
Alex Vanover piloted the FPV drone, and he’s no stranger to stunts either, as he’s a professional drone pilot by trade and actually won a championship in the Drone Racing League. Some of his cinematography credits includes working with famed action film director Michael Bay. We can’t forget sound designer Mark Camperell who worked on 26,000 Days either, as we can hear everything that goes on inside and outside of the plane.
