Another day, another leak, and this time, a Google Pixel 7a prototype smartphone surfaced on eBay for a whopping $1,650 USD ahead of its release. Google promptly requested the seller to take down the listing, thus confirming its authenticity. It does confirm that at least one version will have 8GB of Samsung LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of SK Hynix storage.
Other features may include a 6.1-inch OLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, a Google Tensor G2 (5nm) chipset, a rear camera bar with dual 12MP sensors, an 8MP front-facing s elfie camera, and a 4,500mAh battery. Unfortunately, the Pixel 7a appears to have deleted the 3.5mm headphone jack, which means users will have to settle for using either wireless earbuds / headphones or USB-C versions. Google is expected to unveil this handset during their annual I/O conference, with pricing expected between $449 – $499. Check out the listing here.

Google Pixel 7a prototype. It does NOT start. It goes only into fast boot mode. Device is in excellent cosmetic condition. Maybe someone can make it work and own a very collectible device ahead of it’s launch,” said the seller.
