SmartPrix and OnLeaks give us a first look at the Google Pixel 8a smartphone ahead of its official reveal, which is reportedly set for launch in 2024. Measuring in at 152.1 x 72.6 x 8.9mm, the handset is slightly slimmer than the Pixel 7a, but retains the same 6.1 inch screen with a hole punch selfie camera.
The biggest difference between the Pixel 8a its predecessor is the new rounded corner body, with the USB-C port and stereo speakers located on the bottom edge. You’ll find the power button as well as the volume rocker on the right side, while the SIM card tray is on the left. Other rumored features are an underclocked variant of Google’s Tensor G3 chip and 8GB of RAM, all running on Android 14. There’s no word yet on pricing, but it should retail for around $499 USD.
