iPhone Thief Selfie Instagram

About 2-months ago on May 16th a brazen phone thief stole an iPhone and then proceeded to post a bizarre selfie to the victim’s Instagram account. Police in New Jersey are currently searching for the thief, and have turned to social media in hopes someone recognizes the person who is still on the loose. “The Kearny Police Detective Bureau is turning to our facebook community for assistance in identifying a person of interest in the attached photograph,” said a representative. We can imagine there have been at least a few leads, but this person has worn their few minutes of fame out by now, and with the help of artificial intelligence neural networks, may be caught sooner than later. “Anyone who can identify the person of interest in this photograph is asked to contact the Kearny Police Detective bureau by e-mailing us at [email protected] or by calling 201-998-1313 (2833). All tips will remain confidential,” adds the police department.
