In addition to the heatwave going on in London right now, a gang of thieves burglarized the Covent Garden Apple Store this past Sunday afternoon at 1:10 pm. They stole iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and several accessories. However, all of the stolen items can easily be tracked by Apple themselves and then deactivated, so buyer beware if a deal sounds too good to be true.

Several members of the group appeared to have been armed, which meant many innocent bystanders caught in the ruckus were also robbed of their belongings, with all running in different directions as they bolted from the store. An Apple representative said they are supporting the authorities with the investigation and thankful for their prompt response. Hopefully, one of the thieves will do something stupid, like posting a selfie of themselves onto Instagram after the crime.
