Jueying X20 China Waterproof Robot Dog
Boston Dynamics may have been one of the first to make a robot dog, but they definitely aren’t going to be the only one developing new and improved models. DEEP Robotics has just unveiled Jueying X20, which features strong load capacity, scalability, autonomous charging, all-scenario coverage, impressive computing power, and perceptual precision while operating flawlessly in adverse weather conditions.

Thanks to an IP66 rating, it boasts industrial-grade waterproof performance, allowing it to flawlessly operate in outdoor environments even in inclement weather as well as other harsh environments. The robot has a maximum load rating of 88-pounds, while its autonomous charging and wireless duty-cycle model is good for 2-hours of continuous use with a 45-pound load or 4-hours without. Other features include: a depth-sensing camera and a laser radar coupled with an intelligent algorithm for trackless autonomous navigation as well as dynamic obstacle avoidance.
