KleinVision AirCar Flying Car
Slovakia-based KleinVision’s AirCar has successfully completed its maiden flight by soaring 1,500-feet in the air. Weighing 2,425-pounds, this flying car is powered by a 1.6L BMW engine generating 140hp, enabling it to hit a maximum speed of 124mph. There’s just one issue with the prototype, it requires at least 984-feet of runway to take off, but once in the air, its single propeller does the job, while the unfurled wings help it fly through the skies.

Once flight testing is completed, they will fit the prototype with a more powerful engine and hope to start selling the flying car by May 2021. There’s no word yet on pricing, but the company says the AirCar will allow you to arrive at your destination without the hassle of getting a ride to the airport and passing through commercial security.

The wing and tail deployment/retraction mechanism is very impressive, converting the automobile into an airplane. The cockpit providing space for the driver/pilot and a passenger is very roomy and nicely styled. The overall appearance of the flying car on the road and in the air is superb.”” said Branko Sarh, a former Boeing expert.
