There’s the worlds smallest analog instant camera, and then this LEGO Ideas Polaroid OneStep SX-70, which is set to become a reality after receiving 10,000 votes. It consists of 538-pieces and modeled after the iconic camera with rainbow accents as well as a cloth strap that can be added for photography on-the-go.
Simply turn the gear located on the left side of the Polaroid SX-70 to develop film and watch a photo come out, or spin it the other way to do it all over again. You can also swap out photos without having to rebuild the entire camera. Best of all, the viewfinder can be used as intended with an opening that goes through the entire camera. When you’re done, open the front to reveal all of its inner workings, stickers included. There’s no word yet on pricing or availability of this set, but LEGO announced today that it’s currently in development.
