What sets the LimX CL-1 humanoid robot apart from others is that it has seemingly closed the loop between real-time perception, gait planning and locomotion control, and hardware / data stream. This means that it can dynamically complete tasks such as climbing stairs, walk down slopes and navigate indoor / outdoor spaces in various environments.



Using Perceptive Control, CL-1 can adjust its motion proactively and take smooth steps onto the curb or climb up stairs dynamically. After reaching the top, it can walk down on a 15-degree slope. Engineers at LimX enhanced CL-1 with advanced perception algorithms, thus giving it full-loop integration of perception, control, and hardware.
