
The team at Pinewood Studios in the UK – the same guys who created the real Force Awakens props – used a combination of 3D scanning and printing technologies to recreate everything from Kylo Ren’s helmet to Chewy’s Bowcaster and even Darth Vader’s damaged helmet.
