Japan’s Nissin, most famous for their instant ramen, has come up with a new product that aims to make their noodles much healthier. It’s called “All-In Noodles,” and they basically coat the noodles with nutrient-rich cores to infuse them with 13 vitamins, 13 minerals, a nice helping of protein, as well as dietary fiber. This nutrient-rich core may sound a bit too healthy, bit according to Nissin, it actually preserves the texture and flavor of the noodle while reducing the amount of carbohydrates by 40% compared to standard ramen. You can either buy the noodles plain ($3.70), or pick them up in three different cup varieties ($5.70): Abura Ramen (spicy rayu oil, chashu pork, and green onions), Tom Yum (lemongrass, coconut milk, and cilantro), and Tantan (Szechuan pepper).
