Nissin All-In Healthy Ramen
Japan’s Nissin, most famous for their instant ramen, has come up with a new product that aims to make their noodles much healthier. It’s called “All-In Noodles,” and they basically coat the noodles with nutrient-rich cores to infuse them with 13 vitamins, 13 minerals, a nice helping of protein, as well as dietary fiber. This nutrient-rich core may sound a bit too healthy, bit according to Nissin, it actually preserves the texture and flavor of the noodle while reducing the amount of carbohydrates by 40% compared to standard ramen. You can either buy the noodles plain ($3.70), or pick them up in three different cup varieties ($5.70): Abura Ramen (spicy rayu oil, chashu pork, and green onions), Tom Yum (lemongrass, coconut milk, and cilantro), and Tantan (Szechuan pepper). You can pick them up here with shipments starting August 19th.
