People who typically rent U-Haul trucks do so for the sake of moving something, and don’t normally drive one in their everyday lives. Unfortunately, this also means that most aren’t aware of just how tall these trucks actually are and the issues when entering parking garages, as many have a maximum height limit of between 7-8 feet in the United States.
Right off the bat, a warning sign reminding drivers of the clearance is ignored and the driver proceeds to blast right through, but only to strike some water pipes shortly after. Now the proper thing to do would be to slowly back out of the parking garage rather than turning and reversing, thus causing the sprinkler system to go off. The brown color you see is just due to the rust on the sprinklers themselves rather than it being sewage.
