Retroid Pocket Flip Handheld Game Console
We may never see the Samsung Flex in stores, but the Nintendo DS Lite-style clamshell Retroid Pocket Flip handheld game console is most certainly launching soon. Available for pre-order on March 21, priced from $159, this device boasts a 4.7″ touchscreen, a Unisoc T618 processor, 4GB of LPDDR4-1866 RAM, a microSD card slot, USB-C port, mini-HDMI, and a 5,000mAh battery.

This isn’t just your typical handheld game console either, as there are Hall effect slider (3DS) analog sticks with clickable L3 / R3, active cooling, analog triggers, programmable M1 / M2 buttons, an double injection molded ABXV buttons. For those wondering, the Retroid Pocket Flip runs on Android 11, measures 139 x 82 x 25.4mm, and weighs in at 270g, which makes it perfect for travel. The Sport Red model you see here is reportedly limited to 1,500 units worldwide and priced slightly higher at $164 USD.
