Rimac Engineer Hypersimulator Home Motion Racing Simulator
H/t: Car Scoops
Former Rimac engineer Tino Šturlić’s wanted to make use of the knowledge gained from working at the Croatian supercar manufacturer. So, he built “Hypersimulator,” which is unofficially the ultimate home motion racing simulator rig. Auto enthusiast Misha Charoudin was lucky enough to meet up with Šturlić in person and get an up-close look, which unlike store bought versions, has actuators low in the seat to replicate the rumble you get from the road.

Plus, drivers also get alerted when their is grip available on the road, a very important feature in games like Forza Horizon 5, where there are various terrain that some vehicles may not be able to handle. Unfortunately, this one is not for sale, but should there be enough interest, I’m sure Šturlić would build one for the right price, and that may be the cost of an actual new car.

I’m not a sim racer and I, for many years, I was really against sims. I just didn’t like the way they felt because there was too much of a difference between the real-life and the sim racing. But this is now a completely different experience,” said Misha Charoudin.
