Think of the Riva Ferrari 32 as a Testarossa made for the water, and one of them is going up for auction. Limited to just 40-units worldwide, this 1990 model year example is powered by two Vulcano 400 V8 engines generating a combined 780 horsepower, enabling it to hit a top speed of 62 mph (54 knots). Step below the 32-foot hull, and you’ll find a sleeping area for two and a stereo speaker setup, complete with a Clarion AM / FM / CD radio system.

Inside the cabin, Ferrari fans will discover a sleek leather-wrapped, three-spoke steering wheel, Riva/VDO gauges, a Testarossa-inspired tifosi, and completely waterproof switchgear. This 1990 Riva Ferrari 32 is expected to fetch between $100,000 – $150,000 USD when it hits the RM Sotheby’s auction at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center from March 25 to 26/ More information here.

Zooming out, there is little wonder that this powerboat, with its expressive, forward canted carbon fiber spoiler and powerful engines, is as adept on the open water as a Ferrari is on the open road. After all, its manufacturer, Riva, is another storied Italian brand with a history that stretches back even further in time than Ferrari itself,” said RM Sotheby’s.
