Technology leaker Evan Blass gives us a first look at the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, which is the same exact phone as its predecessor, but with 5G connectivity as well as a faster Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset. The handset is constructed with an aluminum frame, and 0.0012-inch thick “ultra-thin glass” with a plastic layer similar to the Galaxy Fold. It’s the first foldable smartphone to use a glass display, while its competition, like the Motorola RAZR and the Galaxy Fold, use plastic displays. Read more for a video and additional information.

So for the Z Flip 5G, the ONLY part that changes is the SoC. It's the Snapdragon 865+. The cameras stay the same at 12MP and 12MP. Same sensors too. Display is the same. Software is One UI 2.5 which is mostly unchanged. Hole is the same size. Battery is the same size.
