The second-generation Tesla Roadster most likely won’t hit the streets until 2024, since its production has been delayed until 2023, but we can most certainly expect CEO Elon Musk to reveal other vehicles between now and then. Designer Khyzyl Saleem decided to show what an all-electric Tesla hypercar could look like. Khyzyl partnered with Meguiars for this project and it really pushed the boundaries of his imagination. He says that “Precept” is just a super early and rough concept, but if the opportunity arises, a supercar + hypercar mashup may be in the future. We do have to note that the side profile does somewhat resemble the McLaren 720s, and we’d definitely like to see an electric supercar from them sooner than later.
- This model car is a stunning replica of the iconic Ghostbusters car, the ECTO-1, based on the 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor Futura Duplex
- The car features spookily good details: working steering, a trapdoor with a ghost trap, an extending gunner seat & a moving ghost sniffer
- A delight for adult Ghostbusters: Afterlife fans, it includes the Proton Pack, which swivels out of a side panel to trap ghouls and ghosts

Based off the Tesla Roadster as it’s base, this machine was concepted with the idea of Tesla entering that Supercar/Hypercar market, but also looking the part. A lot of organic forms played a part in it’s conception, I just wanted to lend my own little signature into this new world of Electrifying cars, both on track and off,” said Khyzyl.
